Optional. Choose a quote template to include its boilerplate contract language and items in the resulting ServiceTrade quote. Stella-generated content will be added as clearly labeled sections without overwriting the template.
Optional. Choose a contract to apply that customer's discounted labor rates and item pricing to the generated quote. Selection is not saved as a default — it only applies to this quote.
Quote Settings
Manual Overrides

Forces a specific hourly labor rate instead of the rate inferred from your historical data. Higher values will increase the overall quote.

Sets a fixed markup percentage on top of costs. Increasing this value will raise the final quoted price.
Line Item Controls
When on, items without a matching ServiceTrade library code are kept — review and remove any that don't apply.
When on, template line items are added first, followed by AI-generated items — matching how 'start from template' works in ServiceTrade.
Attachments (optional)
Add supporting documents (rate sheets, prior quotes, pricing or inspection exports, etc.) to the created ServiceTrade Quote. Files uploaded here will also be available to Stella as context for quote generation. Max 100 MB per file.
    Custom AI Prompt (optional)
    Extra natural language instructions for the AI. This can change how the quote is worded and structured, but it does not change the underlying ServiceTrade data.
